Korean Short Ribs
Ingredients
3 lbs bone-in short ribs
11/2 White Onion, chopped
8-10 cloves of garlic
1/2" fresh ginger, diced
bunch scallions
2 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mirin
4 tbsp gochujang
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Directions
Mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, fish sauce, sesame oil, mirin, gochujang, brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended
Place short ribs and onion in bowl and mix until well coated
Cover bowl and place in refrigerator to marinate over-night, or at least 6 hours
After marinating, pressure cook short ribs on high for 40 minutes. allow pressure to naturally release.
Serve over rice
